Our hands-on approach begins with precision digging, creating footers approximately 2 feet deep. These footers are fortified with steel rebar and special fiber additives, meticulously added for enhanced strength before the concrete pouring process commences. The foundation of any solid structure begins beneath the surface. In this construction phase, our team focuses on excavating 4-foot square footers, laying the groundwork for the sturdy support that will uphold the elevated sections of Casa Cavu.

We’ve updated the outdoor living space to include a new bathroom, shower, kitchen, washer and patio area. The kitchen counters, sink and food prep area is made from poured concrete while the bathroom and shower are built from locally sourced bamboo walls.

To further enhance the beauty and aesthetic value of the property, Cavu Land Corp has recently added new stone columns to the perimeter fence to the Casa Cavu property in Costa Rica. These columns were built using locally-sourced stones from a nearby river, and they add a touch of natural elegance to the property's already stunning landscape.

PERMACULTURE
Cavu Land Development Projects has recently established a new green house nursery in Costa Rica called Vivero Cavu. The nursery will be used for propagating all the plants and trees needed for Cavu's various land development projects in the area. Some of the first plants and trees will be planted at Casa Cavu.

INFRASTRUCTURE

One of the major projects undertaken at Casa Cavu was the creation of two new terraces for the main house build and pool. To make way for these new structures, trees and dirt had to be cleared from the area.

The owners of Casa Cavu jungle property are embracing the Pura Vida lifestyle and Tico diet with the planning and planting of a Permaculture Garden on the hillsides and backyard of their new land in the mountains above Dominical, Costa Rica.

To help combat erosion and provide a lush green backdrop to the Casa Cavu jungle property in Dominical, Costa Rica, we planted 100 coffee trees around the middle section of property. In the flowering season, these add a nice aroma.
