The shower tiles and floor tiles have been carefully selected to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space. Black Bamboo: A sustainable Wonder. The decision to use Black Bamboo for the roof construction of the Bohorica project highlights Cavu Land Development's commitment to sustainability. Black Bamboo is a fast-growing and renewable resource, making it an environmentally friendly choice. Its rapid growth rate allows for sustainable harvesting without harming the plant's ecosystem.

Cavu Land Corp of Costa Rica is currently building concrete block walls and headers for a new house at the land development Bohorica Project. The construction team is taking a traditional approach to building the walls by filling each block with concrete to make it solid.

We have recently completed the foundation, electrical and plumbing routing and hand -pouring the new concrete slab for the new house at the Bohorica Jungle Project. One of the key elements of the project was the hand-poured concrete slab, which forms the foundation of the house.

The foundation has been completed at Bohorica, the next step is to route the electrical and plumbing conduits and steel reinforcements for the concrete slab. The team at Cavu Land Corp routes the white plumbing pipes for the sinks and shower to a small underground septic system while the grey pipes will house the electrical wiring which will run to a main breaker box.

The Bohorica Project in Costa Rica is moving forward in its construction, and the next step is building the foundation walls. The team at Cavu Land Corp working on the project is using concrete blocks to construct the foundation walls, which will provide a strong and durable foundation for the rest of the house.

Bohorica, a new house currently being built in Costa Rica, will be constructed on a 20x20 meter foundation pad –which requires the surrounding jungle area to be cleared. This involved the removal of trees, plants, and other natural features to make way for the construction process.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Site work development at Bohorica is under way and includes land clearing, building a foundation, internal road construction and upgrading the main road with 20 loads of road base with newly added concrete culvert driveway.

PLANNING

Architectural floor plans and elevation renderings were created by our native resident architect and engineer in Costa Rica, Ovidio Rodriguez. After consulting with the client and taking on site soil samples and observations of the natural flow of the landscape, the general layout, material choices and elevation plans have been approved by the customer.

INFRASTRUCTURE

A living fence will be planted along the public road of the property. The fence will incorporate living tree posts planted every 3 meters with larger ornamental plants filling the spaces between the posts and smaller plants lining the front of the entire fence.
