The land at Finca Magnolia in the mountains of Costa Rica has been divided into 7 pastures of approximately 4.5 acres each by Cavu Land Corp. This division allows for the rotation of cows every few months, which helps to pack down the soil and promote healthy growth in the pasture. This type of rotational grazing is essential for maintaining the health of the land and the animals that graze on it.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The Finca Magnolia property in Platanillo, Costa Rica has undergone a land development project to create a new road for easier access to the jungle portion of the property. This road will allow for vehicles to access the area, which will be utilized as a fruit tree plantation featuring Papayas, Bananas, Mangoes, Guava, Sugarcane, and other ornamental and edible varieties.

Finca Magnolia has four unique and impressive water features. We have cleared walking paths to create nice hiking trails throughout the Jungle, for easy access to these featured spots on the property, most notably the Serene Swimming Spot.
