Site Work Begins –Casa Cavu

Site development work begins at Casa Cavu in Costa Rica

Casa Cavu is a stunning property located in the lush and verdant hills of Costa Rica. Recently, the property underwent some significant changes to make way for new construction and development work.

One of the major projects undertaken at Casa Cavu, owners of Cavu Land Corp was the creation of two new terraces for the main house build and pool. To make way for these new structures, trees and dirt had to be cleared from the area. While it may seem counterintuitive to cut down trees in a rainforest, it's important to note that the land development work was done with great care and consideration for the environment. The trees that were removed were carefully selected, and will be reused on the property for additional building and land development projects.

In addition to the tree removal, the land was also cleared of dirt to create the two new terraces. This was a significant undertaking, as the terrain was quite rugged in some areas. However, the team working on the project was able to create a level and stable surface for the new structures to be built on.
