Building a Strong Foundation
During this pivotal construction phase, our primary focus will be establishing support for the elevated sections of the structure. This entails excavating 4-foot square footers and subsequently pouring durable concrete columns to uphold the concrete slab.
Crafting Durable Concrete Columns
The elevated slab itself will be fashioned using steel beams, complemented by a poured concrete layer. A total of 16 columns will be constructed to ensure the structural integrity of the elevated portions.
Synchronized Progress and Looking Ahead
Concurrently, we'll dedicate efforts to the creation of the mechanical room, synchronizing its construction with this phase to streamline the overall progress of the project.
