Immerse yourself in nature! This amazing property is bordered by a river that creates some nice private swimming areas and nice spots to hang out.

This private get away and 8BR/8BA Single Family Compound will consist of 5 buildings. The centrally located main house along the river will be have 3BR/4BA. Off the main entry road 3 individual 1BR/1BA cabins will be built along the river border of the property and will be private from one another nestled amongst the jungle canopy. A future 2 bedroom / 2 bath Jungle Rancho will sit on north corner. A living fence will be planted along the public road of the property for privacy. A fruit orchard is being planted for sustainability and to attract wildlife.

Bohorica is located in the Lagunas area of Dominical, 12 minutes from the paved road, and 20 minutes to the beach.

After consulting with the client and reviewing materials with the client, a render of the house was created to provide a proof of concept. Natural materials like bamboo will be locally harvested for use in the construction.

The 3BR/4BA main house of Bohorica is designed as an open floor plan.
